    Re: 11th Bi-Weekly Rebels Challenge - Crypto-Zoology - WIPs Thread

    great start everyone!

this will be my 1st for the bi-weekly, a good topic this is. Thanks to my good fiend "sauron" for reminding me.

here is my take for the challenge, will be doing a different approach this time. been watching a tutorial building creatures using zbrush, but havent put it into use. this will be a good time to start it with.

made a base mesh using zspheres to build my bi-ped. still building the general shape, has only gone to the 3rd subdiv level which yields 30T poly as of the moment. will increase later on and start sculpting. time for me to sleep now.

    crits and comments welcome!

    Re: 11th Bi-Weekly Rebels Challenge - Crypto-Zoology - WIPs Thread

Hi all, just thought i'd stop by this petting zoo and see all those crazy critters - gotta say there some really far out animals on the loose in here ( and thats just the challengees)
Really love the fine attention to detail on the nasty bug Eaglecaste, great purple colouring.
Jeff MD loving the creature, cant wait to see how it develops.
xHaStex great looking evil being you have got going there..just an observation the back of the head could use a little enlarging and dont forget the drool when you finish, a beast like that has got to drool.
Rabbit great design somehow you've got it so it look deadly and cute at the same time.
edart that is one wild looking bird, vivid colours, that's one crazy psychedelic chick and a great expression too. What do you call it?
Fillen groovy that kranken look like it means business, where's it gone it hasn't resurfaced for a while.
Rainforest goddess, hi again clever little idea, the figure look great  hope you get it done and in on time, dont slip up not last time
Gix looking suitably beastie, he must have finished and posted i know he's going off on his Vacation soon.
    Good luck all.

I know you think you understood what I said, but what you heard was not what I meant.
