there's a really good pose and set up here but it's almost getting lost in all the lines. I like sketched stuff but for some reason they're cluttering the image right now.

    Re: xHaStex SketcHBook

You should try using different colors for your lines if your drawing soul in Photoshop.

That way you can adjust the lines color later to fit the the tone of the picture.

It seems that your lines are a little to heavy in some of the pics and it does take away from the over all picture.

But as it has has been said before there is tremendous growth through out these pictures.Big Smile

Well, nice sketches you have there! I noticed that a lot of your characters' chins are really small, and their necks are too short. So maybe these things need your attention?

    Re: xHaStex SketcHBook

    I see Yian's point Haste.

I would like to add some questions and comments...

Do you still do a lot of marker rendering?

and if so are you having a hard time transfering you're style into digital?

I had a hard time when I first started.

I tried lots of different combinations of brushes, opacity and related stuff...

cheers Yian...never thought i drew small chins and short necks but thanx for pointin that out...gives me somethin to look at....

myndtwitch....when i started doin art stuff (again)...i did about a year usin inks and pens (manga mainly) then switched to digital....currently i use a mixture of markers and digital depending on what mood im in....so to answer your questions yes and no....i figure that my style is different from most others....but im cool with that....XD....

a quick wolverine piece...blacks-artrage...colours-paint shop pro....
