bruno- amazing cat beautifully loose, not sure what your question meant though, both my previous sketches were drawn from scratch in photoshop, although I used the IFX coverdisc hawksmont moon brush(yellow white) for my halloween moon image with added speckled texture added in red and grey. so no photos were used.

today a tutorial learning how to use photoshop in ways I haven't tried http://www.lunacore.com/photoshop/tutorials/tut009.htm

Congrats on 300 Jackdaw, love the western sketch, tons of character.

Coloring is coming along well rcallicotte, one thing I noted with the new colors, is the shape of the right eye (looking at the drawing) lid may need a little adjustment. Only from the perspective if the more of the eyelid is showing the less of the eye under it is showing generally.  Unless you have really superb muscle control in your face :)

Love the warm sketch Zinc, orange is a great color. The character sketches are great too. Is the Jurgen Prochnow in the lower right?

Love the pose Avali, nice colors too.

Today was supposed to be a little more police-like ala Appleseed, but I ended up with "Brawler", in some sporting event maybe.

137 again, rubbing brushes around till something came out of it. Seems like the end of summer and beggining of autumn or something, don't know who she is though

I don't know what it is with me and the color blue lately. sketch # 7 is a WIP, but hey, it's here. XD

Sketch 6/6, fooling around with lips, most of them drawn with references.
Right-most screaming face kind of failed more than the rest, I think I got too brave and tried drawing without paying attention to the reference

WIP2 of the assasin girl (still need to add in the sniper rifle!)

mjas - appleseed...cool. Reminds me of a digger of some sort.

mj, the sketch wasn't really of anybody. I had a picture of Robert Downey Jr. next to me while I doodled but I wasn't going for a likeness.

Tonight is without reference. I still seem to chicken out of using darker tones though.
