Hi. It's mostly Photoshop. Sometimes a little bit of Painter at the end.

That's interesting. I knew you used Photoshop but I had wondered for a while whether you had ever done anything with Painter.

Thanks Em. Visited, liked it very much. Your technique offers a lot to learn from. Interesting links to other people art too :))

great stuff Em. love the Mr. Freeze. Something about the arms on the torch bugs me a bit. not sure if its the way the colours distort the foreshortening or not but something doesn't quite look right to me there. it still looks good though and I love what you've done with the flames. really gives me the impression he's truly on fire and not sure surrounded by flames like the comics sometimes portray.

    Thanks.

I think the Torch's forearms could be a bit long (or upper arms a bit short). Having no legs showing probably doesn't help to sell the perspective either.

Yeahh!! I know  this one!  Great. Like him better that  real Kurt. Yours  has even more personality.

By the way, Em, could I ask you for advise? You are great at portraits  and I'm strugling with painting an unshaven face. Tried  top picture my husband (posted it in the finished 2d) but not happy with the result. Could you give me a tip or two? Please...

Hey em, I like the Kurt piece.  I was also wondering how long you have been a graphic designer/illustrator?  Because your work is really good and i'm just curious as to the amount of experience you have.
