Reading between the lines, getting these effin arty types to behave is a full time job in itself.

Just want to point out that isn't Rob's job advertised in the Guardian. It's for a production editor, someone that checks text - among many other things.

 We're not dissing artists' writing abilities! We're simply saying that in workshops, we use artists rather than journalists. 

Wait a minute... isn't that Kay's job? The plot thickens...
