Shrimp Bear....the name is legendary.

I've heard tales of fishermen returning to port, their trawlers battered, their nets torn to shreads.
Whisperings of a bear that came from the sea.

Some say he hails from Atlantis itself. A gladiator who fought in the vast undersea arenas.
A champion who won his freedom and now stalks the surface world looking for a worthy opponent.

If you catch a sea breeze and listen carefully you can still hear the Atlanteans chant his name....shrimp bear....shrimp bear...

Just a bit of build up for the next fight ;)

i would have entered my 'waterchild' but things seems to be filling up with sea creatures a bit here. could use him too though

glad to see that i've had an affect on you. i entered this in one hell of a long time ago, and stumbled accross it when looking through some of my older images. i am attempting to revise some of them and am revising my 'macabre visions' entry. have only just started though. i think i may just make a wip&crit section for it, i really do need help with it.

that'd be a great backstory jackdaw..  alex should so adopt it for his character.  if only i had a decent backstory for my character...? *flutters eyelids at jackdaw*

Robin - i remember that from ages ago - what was the challenge? my character tellyhead is the one i did for the macabre visions challenge..  great character.. i though for a second that you may have to do something about his nudeness though, then i looked again at your pic - and i think he hasn't got any junk! so that ok

also thought the nudity would be a problem but sadly he doesn't have much to offer there, he is a mutant after all, so i guess it could be somewhere else. i cant remember what the theme of the challenge was that i made him for though

hey chris i sent u a message saying i should be available, just incase u didnt get it.

Thats a second win for ya Pix... Jonesy was disqualified for 'no show'.  But is welcome back, and we'll try see if we cant schedule another round again in the future for him.   I'll post the next round later today (or tomorrow morning!)

yeah - we need to get that loserville picture updated. dont think its been used since round 3.

i was thinking about how to keep track of the members.. wins/ losses etc on the site - and threads are really bad, cos people come on and ramble about eanything - and all of a suden your thread is 13 pages long!

 

ok, i got  distracted while typing this, and i just created a 'ifx fightclub' user profile..  its not letting me log into forums or anything tho - maybe just cos its new. i'll use it to host images of the fighters, each fighter can have an image and post backstory, and track wins losses...  i'll see if i cant update it over the weekend.

i dont see how else to do this, other than putting a scoreboard on a different website.

anyway, gotta go. i got a plane to catch. literally
