I think that was in the small app review IFX did a couple of issues ago. Also in the review was 'handytool art app' which is a similar idea but it just references hands, allowing you to adjust the angle and lighting of a single hand (predefined poses only I think). It took a bit of perseverance to find on the Android store, but I think it's a cracking little app.
