I stepped out of the Daily Sketch Challenge, but I'd like to share my doodles and WIPs with you anyway. Crits and comments are welcome. And thanks for stopping by ^^.

Well, I had a flash yesterday evening and couldn't put my pencil down. Here are the results.

Two illustrations for my still to come website. I thought illustrated links would be nice. Stanley will be quite present throughout the site.

And another go at LaCroix. Did that one at school while listening to the lecture. I WAS listening, I swear.

The long neck and no Adam's Apple means woman, but we really can't see the neck completely since it's covered.  Don't know, but it's good drawing.

Thanks ^^. Well, I was going for woman, but the strong jaw is too muscular.

Very good.  I love your style and attention to just the right places to put detail.  Have tried any characters from the Harry Dresden novels?

I drew Harry a few years back when the show came out, but haven't done him in quite a while. The books are simply amazing. Can't wait for the next to come. Did you read the books and/or graphic novels?

I'm reading the 5th book in the Dresden series (in order) now.  Haven't read anything else by Jim Butcher or his wife yet.  I agree - he's an excellent author.  Lots of ideas for characters to draw, as soon as I learn what I'm doing.

Oh, you've got a lot of fun ahead of you. I'm waiting for book 12 to be released. I can highly recommend the graphic novel "Welcome to the jungle". It's set before the first book and very well done.
