Who do you go through? I ask because I ordered mine from the American distributor on December 2, I have heard nothing, no confirmation emails, nothing. Then on the 4th I ordered the Learn to Draw pack and a binder from MyFavouriteMagazines, 6 weeks later I have nothing and I was told it was sent to post on December 4, no tracking or confirmation, just sent to post.
A simple communication from either of these entities would be awesome. It is usually better to let a customer know what is going on than to just leave them in the dark.
