Took your suggestion and started to add a little color. I just got Photoshop cs5 and I am so lost, big learning curve in moving into color (used to painter x). Any suggestions is much appreciated!

I think it's looking good so far. Are you looking to add a BG scene, or just some enhancing colors around him?

... And yeah, I use PS-CS4 myself, and have also heard that they are two completely different programs. But know that a lot of people mention using both programs in their work. Though I don't fool much with the filters and stuff in CS4 myself, you can always post any questions you have in reference to PS, and there are a lot of people here that can probably help ya. I will help with anything I can, but I would say any questions just relating to PS itself would get better responses posted in the PS section. ... Some may not see you question if just posted in your sketchbook. And you can also check out all the older post in the PS section. Sure there is already some information there you would find helpful. :)

Thanks Double D! appreciate your input don't know what I am going to do with it using as more of a color exercise, and thanks for all the suggestions, I appreciate. Here's another more in-depth work I'm trying! Trying to get a solid gray scale for my color, but feel like I'm getting to tight, would like to keep it loose and sketchy!

Ok,busy week, but I have been drawing everyday! lol, just on this monster! almost there on grayscale stage. (I think i am almost there, gonna post im WIP's for feedback)

This is coming along nicely, sugar. The wall angle change really made a difference too. She seems to be working well with it now. Really looking forward to seeing this one with color. :) ... What's drawing my attention right now, is the double line on the inside of her right calf. With the outer line being a little too dark, especially in contrast with the rim light she is getting everywhere else. (unless you just haven't got to that yet)
