In the same boat here but customer support got in touch with me and were very helpful (very impressed with that). Told me replacement is on the way. Not here yet and I guess I will have to wait until after the posties get back to it but I've got ish 50 to keep me happy for a good while.

Still have yet to receive my replacement issue #49...becoming slightly depressed over it. I've already read thru #48 and #50.....couldn't hold out to read them in order.

 
Sorry to hear about your issue 49 woes. I'd send you a copy myself, but we've ran out of issue 49s in the office... I sent my own copy to Michael Whelan to thank him for being interviewed!
