interesting concepts Dark. to be honest the first one there says Indiana Jones to me within the first second I see it.

my mate just emailed me the exact same thing. :P what can i say? i rewatched raiders 2 days ago and im reading the making of indiana jones books...guilty, your honour...though...to be honest, the cthulhu game was set in same era so that style of dress etc is kinda hard to avoid...

just a new piece that kinda came about as a result of doing the previous 2 sketches in that its themed also on Cthulhu Mythology. I may add a few more details here (maybe the suggestion of mouths on the tentacles) and there but its actually pretty close to where i want it to be honest...The idea is that this guy has foolishly attempted a summoning and got more than he asked for....

haha, i love it! great atmoshphere too! you should do a sister piece to go along with this one, except have it as the aftermath of the summoning, and what happened to the guy.

nice lighting effect on that new one dark but I think you may have overdone it a bit. as nice as the lightings looking it's not quite looking realistic either.

Yep. Still in a Cthulhu mindset. Just worked up another concept sketch i did. This time wanted to avoid actually seeing the Creatures so to speak but allude to the horror more subtley. Also skewed the door slightly to add a little more unease to it. Basically this poor guy is about to see something very nasty and messy...

Just messing about and worked this sketch up. Not sure it really conveys what it was meant to (shes a telekinetic lifting the gun by her mind)...but its ok i think...

haha, I love the faerie there Dark. only crit really is that I can't really tell between the legs. I think you need some darker shadows in there to differentiate them.
