    The $25 Man

What would the bionic man look like if he had a bin for a leg, etc?

As I found the $25 budget inexistent in today's terms (might as well say fully recicled, $0 budget man) I decided to find out how to increase the buying power of those $25. The answer, due to the gods of inflation, is to go back in time! ( $25 dollars in 1870 would have a buying power that goes from $445 to $48 800 present day dollars, depending on the index used to establish worth...)

Gentlemen, I present Cornelius Salustiano De Hentzau, a former foot soldier in the Ruritanian Royal Army. Injured while testing a armored machine carriage, he was fitted with a  prototype arm, leg eye and ear built on a barn by Nikola Orbus, a self made inventor , with the intent to sell it either to the military or a circus, whoever comes first.

$25 man - scientists can bring him back from death, but can't afford new parts. The budget has been spent on screws, duct tape and a child's telescope, everything else was found in a skip or bought at a car boot sale.

    Good Luck everyone!

1 Annamoon Great fit with the challenge topic and nice clean lines.

2 Miasmic Mind Love that expression on his face.

3 Quetzal I really like your illustrative style, but feel it doesn't fit as well with the whole budget theme as the other two.
