A bit of a non sequitor from the previous image.

Whoa! Lovin' those crazy dinos!! What exactly is going on there??? LOL! ;)

"Give up" is not in my vocabulary! No, I have been slowly and quietly working away on my cover piece.  But in order to focus on doing that, I had to stay away from the forums. I've only got maybe an hour or two max after work. And if I get online...it's all over. LOL! ;)

I'm posting a small image of my cover painting tonight. Just so folks can get an idea of what direction I went in. ;)

I'll post a more robust version once I'm done making all my changes.

Well this was supposed to be a predatory beast tackling it's prey. But I don't know, it looks more like a silly piggy back ride.
Wish I had researched this a bit more. (Don't worry, I'm not that sensitive to crits, I know what mistakes I already made )

The forums are indeed distracting. SO is Netflix for that matter. I think I've sat through three or four whole television series in the last couple of weeks (one of which is the Legend of the Seeker. Not bad! And the other is LOST)

That's cool about your cover entry. Can't wait to check it out.

Still tweaking my cover. But I'm almooooost there. I've decided to change her expression. So, ah....yeah...not quite there yet! LOL!

I don't even have issue #50 yet. I know I didn't win or anything, but was at least hoping to get honorable mention.
That seems to be the case, which is pretty satisfying. :)

I'm also going to be in an article for IFX art school, but I'm not sure which issue.

I need to adjust the hue and saturation again. The pattern on the predator got too busy.
