I really strongly recommend learning to draw the underlying structure and use a "construction" method when sketching, as it will really help you improve much faster. Right now even with that "anatomy" underdrawing you don't show any understanding of the structure of the body, that's why the anatomy is rubbery and incorrect (the right arm is much longer than it should be). Learning rules for proportions can also help you recognize when things are wrong and correct them. Some examples of these rules are:
-The elbow lines up with the navel/bottom of rib cage
-A person's forearm is generally as long as their foot
-A person's fingers will fall about halfway between waist and knee
Things like this, if kept in mind, can make it much easier to get the proportions right, once you have the underlying skeleton/structure defined.
