Would you believe that New Zealand is only up to issue 47. That's another three months of waiting before I see issue 50. Big sigh.......

 I'm still waiting for this issue myself, but in the meantime I'll post the version of my image I would have preferred to submit, save for obvious content sensitivity issues.

 

 

Sorry to ask but, is there another cover art competition for the next month? I mean, other competition other than this one that just ended...

there's one mentioned in issue 50 of the mag, which ends January 10th if I remember correctly, and I recently saw a teaser about an upcoming Christmas contest too (though that probably wasn't for a cover spot unless they mean to have it ready in good time for next xmas :P)

I´m a subscriber of the magazine and  and I saw a contest for the cover of the magazine (in wich you win a cintiq :D). But I saw too the winners of a previous contest, these are not the same I suppose...

Can you give me the link to this new contest (if there is one of course)?

Well the magazine info is the most info you'll find. Some people have repeated it here, but there's no thread for the contest. The other contest mentioned has yet to be properly announced I think. Now that I read the post again, I think the winner gets featured on the IFX website front page. Under The magazine, comments and suggestions, Image of the day replacement thread, Hacksaw says:
"And as for whoever mentioned putting compo winners there, well get your quills poised, as we're soon going to have another Christmas image compo to fill that slot over the Yuletide season!"
("the slot" being the featured image here on the website)

well am confuse.com about the whole thing i read the comp page and it said nothing about celbation and i hope they mean sept 2010 coz last time i looked it was october which means its finished already dam ive miss it or maybe ive miss the plot.com as well lol someone sort me out plzzzzzzzzzz lol byron dunn

Well -I haven't read the breif for the new comp, but the celebration theme was for the comp that this thread was about. And as stated abouve, this one is over. As far as I have heard, the new comp hasn't got a theme brief.
