A clerk at the local Barnes&Nobel book store who is into steampunk told me to look up Epic Mickey. A Disney game that's looking pretty twisted. Does any one know more about it? the art is very interesting. this might even make an interesting story for the magazine.

I love the look of this, apparently there's talks of making it into a movie. Some of the concept art is fantastic, they've twisted the classic Disney characters into dark, steampunk creatures.

Does look pretty nice. I'll have to go read up more on this.

Yeah, the art work they've shown so far is definately dark, but the screen shots don't match up to it at all. Its on the Wii, which I own and love, but I really don't think it'll be able to do it real justice. Mickey Mouse has the potential to be an awesome hero, but until they can make the game match the concept I don't think it's gonna be quite as Epic! Still, I hope I'm proved wrong, I don't think I've played a "bad" Mickey game yet, but who knows. American McGee's "Alice In Wonderland" would be a good example of how to do it right.
