It's just three point perspective with the vertical vanishing point close to the base of the objects you are drawing. It would help if you had Manga Studio's excellent perspective rulers but it's easy enough making your own in Photoshop, or whatever. Personally I'd think about using Google Sketchup as a guide.

A high horizon, yes, but there will only be three vanishing points - two on the horizon and one well below it. Did you look at the Manga Studio link? It has a diagram.

Edit: Also, these Photoshop custom shapes from K-Bot could be very useful. http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=132023

Can't get more aerial than this, you are right above the vanishing point. I'm not sure I'm following you now. Can you post a diagram?

Joe, do you know if Manga Studio Debut has the rulers you mentioned?

I'm not Joe, but I can tell you it doesn't. Only the EX version has the perspective: http://my.smithmicro.com/win/mangaex/index.html

Cheers Banj. I should've noticed that in the more info tab on their site. Would've been a nice tool for $40. No such luck.
