Everyone talks about the texture in Photoshop (I use CS3), but the texture settings in the brush window, always looks the same, any way I change it. Is there another way, or what's this big secret?? Please help me!

Not entirely sure what you mean, but it could be this:

 

in PS, go to window >> brushes. tick the box where it says "texture" I think the bubble texture is a default but you can change it by clicking on the arrow next to the picture.

Oh, no, you misunderstand. See, when I look at magazine tutorials, it says to set the brush on a rich texture, like a setting, it's a little different than the one you say, wich is why I'm very confused... '_'0
