Really good points. It's always tricky to figure out the best way to organise something like the RS comp. I think dropping the age restriction was successful. And with the new categories, it felt wrong then to split the entries into 'pros' and 'non-pros'... Also, do you make a distinction between pros that are just starting out and 'old hands'? Freelance artists that are still in college? It's tricky.

However, it remains that we do want to have a fair representation of the readers... so this is all good food for thought. Thanks!
