this is the problem with being on the western side of the world. Ya'll get a lot of comments in before I even get to see the first response. : P
I'll confess it's a lot better now that I see the proper colors. There are still a few things Im not fond of so Im not going to totally backpeddle here. One is the anatomy. Not sure if it was meant to be this way but she has two different eye and the arm in back is significantly shorter and thinner than I think it should be.
From a mucha fan standpoint there's two things that kind of standout to me. Mucha was really well known for the intricate and integrated border effects that surrounded his beautiful women. Even when he did a simple dark stroke, he usually curved the border into the image in one or two places so that the border was a part if the image rather than just a border. In some cases he'd even use a gradient in the border to blend it as it touched the image and then darken again as it left the image. In this t image the border just looks like a border to me. The only part that relates to it is the hairs color.
Which leads to the second thing. The hair just stands out way too much for me and the color doesn't seem to be used anywhere else in the image with the exception of the border. They have the contrasting color in the image but the two aren't connected in any way. To me they're standing as two separate elements placed above the rest of the image instead of being a part of the image. Especially since their colors are so dark compared to the rest of the image.
Hope you don't take this to heart too much Marta. I am a big fan. Guess you could say Mucha's one of my Artist heroes so Im being a little more picky here. : )
