Oakseed - It varies quite a bit, because some people are harder to get right than others. I think most of these sketches are under an hour on average.

kazky and Valence - Adrian was a lot easier than Christine. For a while, she was looking more like Melanie Sykes (they are a similar type, and it's a type that I like).

nickybeats - I'll have a go at a self portrait soon.

fabledgoat - Rourke's someone I think I'll return to some day for a more finished piece. He's such an unusual and fascinating person.

Apparently, nobody can do a good caricature of Sandra Bullock. Including me.

Sandra Bullock is my favourite actress (i know not a PC term but i find all that kind of equality a bit pretentious) and sometimes i watch her & she looks beautiful, and other times her strange looks are really obvious & she looks quite caricature like naturally, maybe that's why em...? I also find a similar thing in Julia Roberts it's like their features exaggerate sometimes.

nonetheless, this is a very good attempt although i find her likeness has been lost a little.

can't say I see Bullock in that one either Em. ok, I deleted the one I thought it looked like. once it posted up next to it I was so totally wrong.

Thank you both. This splits people - some (including a couple of people at my work) knew it was Sandra without any priming of the name, but others don't see her at all. Even those who do see it think there's something not quite right.

kazky - I haven't really seen many (if any) Sandra Bullock movies since Speed 2 (and I wish I hadn't seen that), which might be part of the problem. I always have difficulties doing people I can't picture clearly in my head.

fabledgoat - I'd be interested to know who it was that you initially thought of. Someone suggested it looked a bit like Rhona Mitra.
