    i know its done in photo shop but how do these people start with these lines? is there a program?

    do what lines? it's a sketch then a painting? a very good one, but still a painting. Do you draw or just photo edit?

    I'd have thought that a

    Sketch Artist..Speed-Painter..Photoshopian..

    would be able to figure that out.
