I'm very pleased to announce that I'm the new editor of ImagineFX.

I've been with ImagineFX for nearly two and a half years (since issue 3!), and am really excited about taking the helm and building on the amazing success that Rob has already achieved.

I love working on ImagineFX and am really passionate about creating a magazine that you want to read, learn from and be a part of.

As always, I love to hear your feedback on the mag and what you like/dislike or want to see. You can tell me on this forum thread, send me a private message if you want to keep it just between us... or - and I urge all of you to do this - you can fill in the readers survey that is in issue 34 of ImagineFX. See page 31 for details of how to have your say on our mag. If you can take the time to fill this in I'd really appreciate it.

Can we request...

• A production diary: How does an artist/illustrator/freelancer produce a piece of work from concept to finish in games, film, card illustration, pre production (incubation in games), storyboarding (thoughts, problem solving) targeted towards a specific client brief. This will be aimed towards the mid to pro level to balance out the current format of beginner and mid range workshops. And show the initial genesis of an idea, countless iterations or lucky hits, then defining, refining and polishing towards a production and finalised product ready for use within a game, movie or promotion 

ahh congratulations Claire, a very worthy replacement. Well done!
