After watching the final 3 contestants left in the 2007 Comic Book Challenge, presented by AT&T and Platinum Studios, my absolute favorite has to be Gunplay by Jorge Vega.  You can check out a few articles that are popping up online about Jorge and his entry, Here, and Here, and over here.     The AT&T Hollywood Blueroom is where you can find the video pitches of the finalists and where you can VOTE to decide who wins this years competition.  Vote for YOUR favorite, and vote as much as you like.  It really is a chance for to help someone not only change their lives, but help them bring their one of their great ideas to fruition.  The fact that I'm starting work on an ongoing comic book series soon, which won the comic book challenge LAST year and had a 4 issue mini-series printed, has really got me interested in seeing what other great comics are waiting to be made out there.
